Thank you to our sponsors!

The 2023 Symposium was held in Darwin 8 - 10th November with a combined attendee count of over 600 people between the FNBBAA Symposium and AEDF11 event. What an amazing display of First Nations Business, Bushfoods and Botanical excellence! From the trade show floor to the keynote speakers, interactive displays and workshops the event went beyond expectations and enabled connection between key industry leaders and First Nations suppliers. We couldn't have done it with out the support of our amazing sponsors - thank you!

The Location

Explore the
Top End!

The 2023 Symposium was held on the lands of the Larrakia Nation, in Darwin, NT. Our delegates thoroughly enjoyed their stay, with enough down time away from Symposium to relax, recharge the batteries and enjoy the holiday atmosphere. The feedback on hosting Symposium in the Top End was outstandingly positive!

Darwin is a lively harbour city well-known as Australia’s gateway to world-class nature and cultural experiences. This is the perfect base to enjoy fresh seafood, explore majestic waterfalls, go fishing for the catch of a lifetime and watch the sunset over the ocean.

In Darwin, there is a huge focus on outdoor activities – eating, drinking, shopping, movie-going, sailing and visiting the markets. You can eat laksa on the beach at the sunset markets, catch a band at one of many live music venues, cruise the harbour at sunset or relax in a deckchair watching a movie on the big screen under a canopy of stars.
